At present, the cognitive bias of adolescents has become a common phenomenon. It has gradually become an important factor affecting the mental health of adolescents.Adolescents are in a sensitive period of puberty.Changes in the body can cause psychological fluctuations, which in turn can affect the behavior of adolescents, and imperceptibly affect the development of adolescents' psychology, leading to the inferiority complex. In this thesis, the "Physical Cognitive Bias Questionnaire" and "Inferiority Sense Questionnaire" are used to investigate the cognitive bias of adolescents and the inferiority of adolescents. The survey results of the questionnaire are statistically analyzed.Out,the cognitive bias of adolescents will have an impact on adolescents' inferiority complex. In the past, the solution to the problem of physical cognitive bias was relatively simple. The intervention method mainly involved the psychology of the client,or improved the shape of the client, and it was difficult to solve the problem fundamentally. Therefore, the author combines theory and practice through the mode of dancing group counseling, trying to explore a new model of social work involving young people in the form of cognitive bias, thus reducing their sense of inferiority. This thesis summarizes the causes of inferiority caused by the cognitive bias of adolescents in a targeted way,and intervenes in the response to the problem of adolescent inferiority from the perspective of social work. The study used the experimental group, the control group and the control group before and after the design, selected the members, divided into experimental group, control group and control group, the experimental group and the control group members for a period of 5 weeks, once a week intervention,The experimental group used the intervention of the group counseling(body + psychology),the control group took the intervention of the dance(body),and the control group did not interfere. Before the intervention, the members of the experimental group were interviewed to understand the reasons for their physical cognitive bias and the growth they wanted to achieve in the group. The formal intervention was carried out under the support of the theory of body and group dynamics. The results of the intervention showed that after intervention, the cognitive bias of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved, and the feeling of inferiority was also reduced. And in terms of effect, the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. After the intervention, the team members' pre-and post-measurement scores and the quality materials of the group members were used to analyze the action factors of the dance group counseling, and the mechanism of the dance group counseling was explained graphically. Finally, the whole research process is reflected and summarized, and the research shortcomings and future prospects are put forward. It is hoped that through the research results of this paper, social workers can be provided with reference for adolescents who are involved in the problem of inferiority caused by physical cognitive bias.At the same time,I hope that through this article, more people will be encouraged to pay attention to the mental health of adolescents and promote the healthy growth of adolescents.
