Learning is the core activity of adolescents at school,learning attitude plays an important role during adolescents learning course,it not only determines the depth,breadth,speed and efficiency,but also concerns the shaping and development of adolescents’ personalities.Positive learning attitude will help to improve learning efficiency of adolescents,and promote theirs’ personality to develop healthily.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore how to help adolescents to change their bad learning attitude,promote the formation of active learning attitude.This research is based on the case of social work,focusing on adolescent individual.On the basis of the process of social worker intervention,this paper explores the social worker intervention method to improve the attitude of adolescents.Practice process,equality,respect,patience is a social practice to carry out a good medicine.Social worker regarded worker-client as a friend,equal treatment,respect his choice,patiently waiting for the case,follow suit to guide its implementation plan.As a result,social worker to obtain trust,the owner to eliminate concerns,and actively cooperate with,and thus promote the smooth conduct of practice,the subject of learning problems improved.Finally,from the perspective of the advantages of resources,to play the spirit of volunteer service of social worker,put forward suggestions to improve the attitude of young people learning.Using positive attitude to discover the advantages of resources around of the worker-client in the practice process.
