The Music Style And Performance Analysis Of The Violin Sonata In A Minor By Amy Beach

Amy Beach(1867-1944),a member of the Boston six,was the first female composer in the United States to create large art music,mass and symphonies in the late 19 th century and early 20 th century romantic period.The violin sonata in A minor was written in 1896,when American works were still dominated by romanticism and supplemented by many different styles.In order to better interpret this work,this paper will determine the style of the work and the emotion to be expressed in music through the analysis of the composer's life experience,creation experience and the technique of the work,and through the specific analysis of the performance,explore how to use the technical means of violin performance to more accurately express the method of the work.
