A Report On The Simulation Consecutive Interpretation For Qingdao Summit Of The Regional Economic Institute Of China Electronic Commerce Association-Zhongsheng Puyi Co,Ltd.Promotion

On July 28,2018,the Qingdao Summit Of The Regional Economic Institute Of China Electronic Commerce Association ——Zhong Sheng Pu Yi Co,Ltd.Promotion conference was held at the Siweite Hotel in Huangdao District,Qingdao.The writer of this thesis entrusted a friend to record the speeches and take pictures of the power point presented on the conference.All those were used for this interpreting practice.This report includes four parts: brief introduction of interpretation materials,process of interpretation tasks,analysis of interpretation cases and evaluation and summary of interpretation practice.Through this interpreting task,the writer believes that he is capable of doing conference interpreting and using corresponding interpreting skills.At the same time,weaknesses were also found,such as lack of idiomatic expression in English;the unskilled use of omission and amplification technique;the inflexible conversion of Chinese style expression;the lack of knowledge of hot news.I hope this report will guide the writer’s future interpretation learning and interpretation practice.
