Under the advancement of industrialization and urbanization,China's cultural heritage undertakings are facing increasingly urgent protection tasks.The increasingly diverse spiritual and cultural needs of the people calls for higher requirements for the creative transformation and innovative development of cultural heritage.So there is an urgent need for talents who can achieve the task of "protect well,inherit well and use well of cultural heritage" creatively,and do the work of China's cultural heritage research and interpretation,cultural relic preventive protection and preservation,the survival and development of intangible cultural heritage in contemporary society,integration of cultural heritage with social economy and public services,cultural heritage protection and management.As the main supplier of cultural heritage innovative talents,the talent cultivation system has structural defects and can not effectively satisfy the needs of the society.Therefore,this paper which based on the actual needs of China's cultural heritage protection work,uses AGIL(A refers to adaption function,G refers to goal-attainment function,I refers to integration function,L refers to latency-pattern-maintenance function).The function of achieving the function,the I-integration function and the L-indicative mode maintenance function)analytical tool to study the upgrading path of the cultural heritage innovative talents training system in China,as well drawing on the experience of European and Asian cultural heritage innovative talents training.Because it will do great help to realize the systematic,disciplined,orderly and healthy development of cultural heritage professionals cultivation in China and better serve the protection tasks.Specifically,the cultivation of innovative talents in China's colleges and universities is characterized by function-failed.The types,skills,whole structure of talents are not adapted to the social demand.The goal of talent training is vague,the curriculum is severely biased,and the structure of the faculty is unbalanced.While there is insufficient motivation for cultural innovation mechanism,traditional education and "innovation and entrepreneurship " education failed to effectively support the cultivation of innovative talents.All defects from each function lead to the deviation and insufficient in AGIL control level which includes the inside-outside information transmission and the outside-inside energy supplyIn view of the above functional defects,this paper recommends that colleges and universities improve through the following points:Firstly,in terms of improving adaption function,colleges and universities should clarify the connotation of the cultural heritage innovative talents,and build a "Double Triangle" cultural heritage innovation talent training and debugging model to continuously ease the contradiction between talent supply and demand.Secondly,for achieving goal-attainment function colleges and universities should use talent target formula to cohesive talent training direction,which shows "G(training target)=cultural heritage protection work special requirements+subject description+professional quality requirements+innovation quality requirements+basic quality requirements+what job can get+what kind work can do+talent types",as well as set the cultural heritage curriculum as five modules of factual cognitive learning curriculum,conceptual cognitive learning curriculum,procedural cognitive learning curriculum,meta-cognitive learning curriculum and creative cognitive learning curriculum,and build a team of professional teacher in appraisal,training,teaching,researching,evaluating sections.Thirdly,in order to improve integration function,it is important to establish master's professional degree in cultural heritage and define the duties of relevant cultivators.It is recommended to gather all the excellent teaching resources at home and abroad through new MOOC OCX model.Last but not least,to enhance the latency-pattern-maintenance function,we should create an whole process innovative incentive mechanism in colleges and universities and fully promote the integration of cultural heritage and excellent traditional cultural education,only in this way can we raise the awareness and interest,lead the action of students and the public to protect cultural heritage.
