Comic strip is the most important form of art in China in the 20^th century.In less than a hundred years,the dramatic change is an important artistic phenomenon in the history of modern Chinese art.He Youzhi is a representative figure of Chinese modern and contemporary comic strips and plays an important role in the history of modern art.He Youzhi actively took nutrients from traditional Chinese paintings.The“He Shi Bai”created by him has had a great influence on many painters of the time and later generations.In the past,the study of comic strips was mostly the analysis and exploration of the history of development or the artistic analysis of related works such as creative techniques.He Youzhi’s life has personally participated in the prosperity and decline of comic strips.It can be said that the life of He Youzhi is the condensed history of Chinese modern comic strip painting.The research on He Youzhi mostly analyzes the characteristics and style of his comic strip creation,but ignores the profound historical and social nature contained in He Youzhi’s works.This paper attempts to interpret the historical and social nature of comic strips from the perspective of neo-historicism and“image proof history”by summarizing,sorting and discriminating related literatures,through the combing of the development history of Chinese modern comic strips,and looking for comic strips.The essential reasons for achieving brilliant achievements play an important role in the inheritance of culture and history.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter finds the complexity and uniqueness of the development and prosperity of Chinese traditional comic strips by combing the development history of Chinese modern comic strips and the comparative analysis of Chinese and foreign comic strips.The second chapter and the third chapter are the key points of this paper.The second chapter is based on the first chapter,combined with the complex historical background of the development of modern Chinese comic strips,from the historical analysis of scrips and drawings to illustrate the different communication carriers.The historicity of comic strips.From the perspective of social history,we explore the profound sociality contained in comic strips against comic books and social activities in different historical periods.The third chapter takes He Youzhi’s comic strips as an example.Form the author’s main body and comic strips,he explores the historical and social nature of comic strips.He tries to summarize the creative rules of excellent comic strips by analyzing the individual generation of the old generation of serial painters.The creation of the creation makes inspiration.The fourth chapter summarizes the essence of the development and prosperity of Chinese modern comic strips and the role of painters in the development of comic strips.Based on the present,it analyzes the current practical significance of comic strips and finds a new foothold for enhancing cultural self-confidence and promoting cultural prosperity point.
