Under the guidance of the national policy of vigorously advocating the characteristic development of urban regions and cultural confidence,it has become an important part of the urban development strategy to shape the characteristic cultural deposits of cities,create the cultural confidence of cities and cast the development of urban civilization.Outdoor advertising plays an important role in the development of the city as a medium of communication,and affects the image of urban characteristics and the development of urban cultural self-confidence.Was like peas and carrots,outdoor advertising with the development of the city construction in our country,most cities in development planning,outdoor advertising function and gradually perfect,the urban construction in the cold to urban planning,affected by factors such as climate,economy,customs,outdoor advertising development is relatively slow,the phenomenon of blocking the spread of the construction of characteristic culture of cold,is not conducive to the development of the urban civilization construction.Through field research,it is found that outdoor advertising in cold cities has poor overall design level,weak coordination with urban space,insufficient guidance for urban residents' behavior and psychological emotion mobilization,as well as insufficient refinement of regional culture and urban brand building.In some areas,outdoor advertising is so dilapidated that it has no positive effect at all.In view of the above defects,changchun city was selected as an example in the cold city,and the outdoor advertisement around the centrino plaza was taken as the starting point for reasonable design and transformation.It aims to integrate the visual artistry of outdoor advertising design with the development of urban culture,constantly promote the inheritance and development of urban culture,give play to the emotional value of outdoor advertising,and meet people'sspiritual needs and emotional sustenance.Outdoor advertising as an urban cultural confidence and support means of regional harmonious development,to improve the outdoor advertising abuses in urban development in the cold,cold to rapidly improve the influence of the urban cultural brand,to realize the harmonious development of outdoor advertising and cold city,communion symbiosis,and for the next cold to the development of the urban outdoor advertising make recommendations.
