With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of its international status,the phenomenon of "Chinese fever" has appeared all over the world.As an important part of international Chinese teachers,the quality of Volunteer chinese teachers has a vital impact on the cause of international promotion of Chinese.This paper investigates and analyses the quality of Volunteer chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes(classrooms)in four Eastern European countries(Hungary,Poland,Czech Republic and Slovakia),and gives some suggestions to improve the quality of Volunteer chinese teachers in Eastern Europe.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which explains the origin and significance of the research,summarizes the research on the quality of volunteer Chinese teachers in academic circles,and briefly describes the research ideas and methods.The second chapter is about the results and analysis of the survey on the quality of Volunteer chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes(classrooms)in Eastern Europe(hereinafter referred to as "quality survey results and analysis"),and the research on Volunteer chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes(classrooms)in four Eastern European countries(Hungary,Poland,Czech Republic and Slovakia).The research contents are divided into three parts:basic information,research information and open issues.We found that the overall quality of volunteers in Confucius Institutes(classrooms)in four Eastern European countries is good.Chapter three is about the problems found in the research on the quality of Volunteer chinese teachers in Confucius Institutes(calssrooms)in Eastern Europe and the suggestions for improving the quality of volunteers(hereinafter referred to as "the problems and suggestions found").It summarizes the problems found in the survey on the quality of volunteers in four Eastern European countries,namely,the low rate of obtaining certificates for international Chinese teachers,the weak mastery of Chinese as a second language teaching,Chinese character teaching ability is weak,Chinese classroom management ability needs to be improved,the level of mastery of learners'mother tongue and cultural background is low,the ability of Chinese talent is not enough,and the volunteer experience is low related to their career planning.Finally,from Teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages Major in domestic universities,selection and training of the Confucious Institute Headquarters,the Confucius Institutes(classrooms)accepting volunteers and individual volunteers,this paper gives suggestions on improving the quality of volunteers.The fourth chapter is the conclusion,which summarizes the main work and main points of this paper,expounds the innovations and shortcomings of this paper,and gives suggestions for further research.
