Teacher talk of Second language teaching not only is the teaching methods but also is the example of teaching. Because of this reason, there is too much exploration about Teacher talk of Second language teaching. This article focus on Teacher Talk in Comprehensive Chinese Course at Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University, it combined with the author’s own experience as a volunteer teacher at the Confucius Institute. The teacher talk in class the Chinese language level above HSK2 was using the discourse survey.In the first chapter, the paper introduces the research to date as well as theoretical aspects of Second Language Teaching Foreign Language Teaching in the field of teacher talk, teacher talk and a variety of classification. On this basis, identifies the main categories of teacher talk cases, both talk about the routine, directives, teacher’s questing speech and feedback discourse, and it made the theoretical foundation of whole paper. In the second chapter, this paper to talk about the routine, directives, teacher’s questing speech and feedback discourse. And on this basis, summed up the six characteristics of Teacher Talk in Comprehensive Chinese Course at Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University: restrictive, duality, phased, encouraging, high reproducibility and tolerance of interlanguage. Finally, the third chapter based on previous case studies, and six characteristics summarized results of Teacher Talk in Comprehensive Chinese Course at Confucius Institute at Tajikistan National University, teacher talk are its design language with reference to the policy put forward suggestions.
