Study On The Group Behavior Characteristics Of Malaysian Lion Dancers

Lion dance is a strong collective project,not only in China but also flourishing in Malaysia.While we are concerned about lion dance,we should pay attention to the group of lion dance athletes,including their status and characteristics.But at present only a few researchers have studied the culture of the ASEAN dragon lion,so it is necessary to study the behavior characteristics of the Malaysia lion dance players.In this paper,20 teams of dancing lions in Malaysia are selected to carry out a survey.The methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation and mathematical statistics are used respectively.The characteristics of the group behavior are analyzed in combination with the basic situation of the lion dance players in Malaysia,and the causes arealso explained.The main conclusions are as follows:1.Lion dance athletes in Malaysia mainly have spiritual needs,and only some of them have higher material needs without work.From crowd behavior motivation and analyze the lion dance athlete group,found a lot of lion dance athletes have two purposes,mainly interest is given priority to,the second is the inheritance and dragon culture,it reflects the lion dance group athletes spiritual needs.2.the gate rules and prohibitions of every lion dance group are different,and some of the dragon and lion groups have no rules and prohibitions.The dragon and lion group of the Guan Sheng palace is best done in this respect.The team should be disciplined and organized.These systems,gages and prohibitions restrict the behavior of the lion dances and promote the whole dragon lion group.Moral quality,so as to regulate group behavior.3.Malaysia lion dance players have a strong sense of belonging,they have a strong interest in the lion dance,and this part of the lion dance players join a long period of time,the players achieve a certain tacit understanding and coordination,and in the various lion dance competitions to achieve certain results,so that their attribution to a sense of increase.4.Malaysia lion dance athlete group relations are divided into internal and external relations,internal relationship mainly parent-child relationships and the players,the relation between group members get along,cooperate and compete.The externalrelations are mainly divided into clan relations and lion species relations,while the lion dance movement in Malaysia mainly consists of southern lion dance.5.From the regularity of training time and the clear division of roles,it can be seen that the group of Lion Dance Athletes in Malaysia has better organization.But because many lion dance athletes are office workers,they will be absent for training because of their work reasons.
