Interpersonal relationship in college students' dormitory is one of the most important relationships in college life.Dormitories have become the main place for college students to study,exchange,entertain and rest.Dormitory members are one of the most exposed groups of college students.However,the existing interpersonal conflicts in the dormitory seriously affect the study and life of college students.In recent years,Sandplay Therapy is gradually promoting whether in theoretical research or clinic practice in China.Group sandplay techniques are gradually recognized in school psychological counseling and mental health education activities as well as other group counseling and treatment methods.This study attempts to apply Group sandplay technique to improve dormitory interpersonal relationship without fierce conflict,and provides new ideas for the intervention of dormitory interpersonal relationship of college students.Through the recruitment method,the researchers selected three dormitories that were voluntarily registered without fierce conflicts as subjects.One of the dormitories is a three-person dormitory,and the other two dormitories are four-person rooms with a total of 11 participants.The three dormitories are all female dormitories in a sophomore year.Each dormitory was intervened once a week for an 8-week group sandplay intervention.After the intervention,the interview results in the qualitative study were used to test the effect of the intervention.The results show that group sandplay techniques can improve dormitory relationships without fierce conflict.(1)through the analysis of group sandplay works,we found that the theme of group sandplay has changed positively.After the intervention,the theme of sandplay in three dormitories changed from "trauma" to "transformation" and "cure".(2)Through the analysis of the interview text data,we found that the effectiveness factors of the intervention mainly affect four aspects:perspective selection,emotional catharsis,self-consciousness and group motivation.
