Study On The Entrepreneurial Ability Of Students Majoring In Performance Dance Sports Colleges In China

With the continuous growth of China’s economic strength and social progress,people’s lifestyle and employment structure are also changing day by day.At the same time,with the continuous expansion of College enrollment,the number of college students is increasing,and the serious employment situation is becoming increasingly apparent.As a new force of national cultural industry innovation,dance performance majors in sports colleges and universities have higher cultural quality,positive professionalism and relative age advantages.They are very suitable for new groups of entrepreneurs.In recent years,more and more dance performance majors choose to start their own businesses.Based on this background,this study takes the entrepreneurial ability of dance performance majors in China’s sports colleges as the research object to improve the entrepreneurial ability of dance performance majors and alleviate employment pressure.This research uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to study the entrepreneurship ability of dance performance majors in sports colleges and universities in China.Firstly,it investigates the current situation of the entrepreneurship ability of dance performance majors,and secondly,from the three aspects of students’ own conditions,entrepreneurship education curriculum and entrepreneurship environment.This paper explores and analyses the reasons that affect the entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in dance performance in sports colleges.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the entrepreneurship ability of students majoring in dance performance from four aspects: government,school,family and students themselves.The conclusions are as follows:1.The entrepreneurial ability of students majoring in dance performance in physical education colleges is above the average level,and students have different performance in different dimensions.There is still room for improvement of students’ entrepreneurial ability.2.Background variables have a complex impact on the entrepreneurial ability performance of students majoring in dance performance.Some background variables have a significant impact,and there is a positive correlation between the dimensions of entrepreneurial ability.3.The entrepreneurial ability of students majoring in dance performance in physical education colleges is influenced by their own conditions,entrepreneurial education courses and entrepreneurial environment.4.The improvement of the entrepreneurial ability of students majoring in dance performance in physical education colleges is inseparable from the support of policies,encouragement from families,relevant entrepreneurship courses and continuous improvement of their comprehensive quality.
