Investigation And Research On The Talent Cultivation Of Sports Dance Of Performance Major In Colleges And Universities In Anhui Province

With the development of science and technology and the progress of the times,the demand of the country and society for talents is getting higher and higher.The fundamental task of colleges and universities is to cultivate talents,and curriculum is the core of talent cultivation.This paper adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,observation and mathematical statistics to investigate and explore the talent cultivation in the direction of sports dance of performance major in 8 ordinary universities in Anhui province,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the implementation of talent cultivation.To the demand of the sports dance between graduates and unit of choose and employ persons the premise,comprehensive analysis of 8 in Anhui province ordinary university performance direction of professional sports dance students,teachers,curriculum and teaching forms,such as content,through factor analysis summarized the six factors influencing the sports dance training implementation,according to the on-the-spot investigation visit situation summed up the Anhui province ordinary university sports dance personnel training the existing problems,put forward the corresponding improvement measures,to the Anhui province ordinary university sports dance training,development and the implementation of the reform path provide strong theoretical basis and reality basis,It provides valuable reference for colleges and universities planning to set up this major.By elaborating the analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The performance major set up by the eight universities in Anhui province is considered from the perspective of comprehensive physical education,which conforms to the law of the development of undergraduate education in sports and art performance.Its professional setting,training objectives and specifications tend to be consistent with the "national standard" standards,pay attention to the training of applied and compound sports dance talents.The establishment of talent training objectives should be based on the demand standard of social market development,combined with the characteristics of the sports dance direction of the performance major,as well as the interests of talents and the needs of employers.2.The eight universities in Anhui province can basically start from the goal of talent cultivation and cultivate a comprehensive talent cultivation model of performance and dancesport with thick foundation,wide caliber and strong ability andgood professional ethics and professional quality.The scientific design curriculum system is the core to comprehensively promote the cultivation mode of undergraduate professional talents in performance.Among them,Anhui university of engineering and Fuyang normal university offer the most core subjects and elective subjects with a complete range,and Fuyang normal university has the best practice education,worthy of reference.3.The teaching pattern of sports dance in the eight universities in Anhui province is reasonable.Anhui engineering university is the best place to develop the activity courses and hidden courses.The eight universities in Anhui province should strengthen the development of sports dance clubs and other related activities,further improve the facilities and rules and regulations,promote the implementation of activity courses and hidden courses,make the obvious and hidden courses cooperate and develop in a coordinated way,and promote the improvement of the quality of talent training.4.There are unreasonable phenomena such as unsatisfactory professional title structure,weak scientific research ability,insufficient post-employment education and low technical level for teachers of sports dance in eight universities in Anhui province.The direction of sports dance in performance major of Anhui universities needs to continuously expand the development space,optimize the structure of teachers and strengthen the construction of teachers.5.The enrollment rate of sports dance in the eight universities of Anhui province is increasing year by year,the employment of graduates is highly correlated,but there are also unreasonable phenomena such as uneven level of students,imbalance of male and female ratio and lack of art examination system."The lack of professional skills" is the biggest difficulty for graduates to find a job.From the perspective of student employment,it is an important goal to ensure the "import" and "export" of students and cultivate high-quality Dancesport talents that meet the needs of employers in eight universities of Anhui province.6.There are many factors influencing the cultivation of sports dance talents in performance major in Anhui universities,which are summarized as environmental factors,cognitive factors,motivation factors,teacher factors,security factors and student factors.The interaction of various factors restricts the training of talents in performance.
