With the continuous improvement of China’s education level and the increasing frequency of exchanges and learning between China and foreign countries,the concerned government department highlights the importance of educational resources and teachers’ talents.And this is why the project of improving the internationalization quality of teachers is on the horizon.With the help of interpreters,foreign teachers can successfully instruct Chinese trainees,teachers in primary schools,in educational concepts,mentality and methods,fulfilling the task of the programs.Thus,it is of practical and special interest to study the process of class interpreting,enriching interpreting studies.This report is based on the reporter’s participation in the Teachers’International Training Project at Chaoyang Experimental Primary School.The report introduces the background of the task and the report,reviews the development of Eco-translatology and summarizes the characteristics of class interpreting.With the reflection of the interpreting process and the examples from the transcript of the recording,the report tries to analyze the class interpreting process and find out some feasible strategies of both pre-interpreting preparation and in-class interpreting techniques under the framework of Eco-translatology.The report chooses Eco-translatology for its translator-centeredness,which is in compliance with interpreter’s role as a co-teacher in class interpreting event.And three-dimensional transformation is what the reporter takes as the guideline for this interpreting practice.From the perspective of Eco-translatology,the report uses three-dimensional transformation strategies as the theoretical framework to find the best strategies to guide class interpreting from the th ree dimensions of language,culture and communication.The reporter applies the proposed strategies in his practices afterwards verifying their effectiveness and enriching the study class interpreting.
