The intangible cultural heritage is a living cultural heritage endowed by human beings.It is full of the ancient life memories and living cultural genes of the nation,and it embodies the collective wisdom and emotional spirit of the nation.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that vigorously promoting Chinese traditional culture is a necessary condition for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The intangible cultural heritage embodied in Chinese traditional culture,its activation and dissemination has important practical significance for promoting the inheritance and innovation of Chinese civilization and maintaining cultural diversity.Henan is the birthplace of Chinese civilization and has a long history.The intangible cultural heritage has many characteristics,rich in content and huge value.For a long time,Henan Province attaches great importance to the protection,activation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage,and the establishment of a system of intangible cultural heritage projects from the aspects of law,policy and guarantee,incentives for inheritors,and non-genetic practices.Strong support was given to investment and construction,education promotion and training of non-legacy talents.However,under the background of information technology,the rapid development of the Internet and the policy of integration of cultural and travel,the activation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province is faced with a series of problems such as low communication efficiency,lack of talents,and low level of industrialization..How to improve the communication efficiency of Henan's intangible cultural heritage and to get rid of the practical way of intangible cultural heritage resources is an urgent need for further research.The first part of the thesis briefly summarizes the evolution of the protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and Henan Province,and points out that the social environment and cultural environment in which intangible cultural heritage depends are constantly changing,which brings seriousness to the inheritance and transmission of intangible cultural heritage.The survival crisis.From the reality that the excavation,protection and dissemination of non-legacy resources in Henan Province are still at a low level,it is proposed that how to make the intangible cultural heritage of Henan Province better activated and disseminated is the main problem of this paper.Secondly,using the visual research method,the paper analyzes the key content of the research topics such as heat,keywords and topics in the intangible cultural heritage research literature,and concludes that activation and communication have become the hotspots of current research.This part also introduces the literatures of non-legacy method research and subject research.It shows that this paper mainly focuses on method research,and enumerates the field investigation method,network ethnography method and oral history method used in this paper.research method.Finally,it puts forward the research and optimization of the activation and communication strategies of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province,which has theoretical guiding significance for promoting the effective integration of cultural tourism in Henan Province,realizing the integration of non-legacy and cultural industries,and promoting the sustainable transmission of non-legacy in Henan Province.And realistic meaning.The second part explains the related concepts and classification of intangible cultural heritage,the intangible activation and dissemination.Through the definition and content classification of intangible cultural heritage by UNESCO and China,it is proposed that the essence of “revitalization” is to realize the material value and cultural value and the diversified expression of business value through the protection,dissemination,development and integration of intangible cultural heritage resources.This section is aimed at three different types of intangible cultural heritage projects,and proposes three specific ways to activate the form and the carrier,hardware and software,and the activation of content and subject matter.Finally,according to the theory of communication,the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage come to a definition.The third part analyzes the resource status of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province from the quantity and distribution,categories and characteristics,and points out that although the quantity of intangible cultural heritage resources in Henan Province is rich,the geographical distribution is more extensive and has more prominent.Advantages,but compared with economically developed regions,there are still obvious gaps in policy support,resource mining,talent cultivation and industrialization development.Secondly,the current activation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province mainly exists in official institutions and non-states.Genetic inheritance and non-governmental organizations have the advantages of official attention,system perfection and effective measures.Finally,from the perspectives of communication efficiency,inheritance talents and industrialization,the bottlenecks in the activation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province are analyzed.The fourth part puts forward the main reinforcement strategies of the activation and dissemination of intangible cultural heritage in Henan Province from four aspects.The first is the guidance of communication theory,from the main function,the content of communication,the means of communication,the object of communication,and the communication and communication.And the dissemination of feedback and other aspects to strengthen;Second,the use of new media as a means,mainly from the construction of the communication process chain,the use of virtual reality technology and the expansion of digital communication channels,accelerate the activation of non-material cultural heritage and innovation;From the recruitment and training of inheritance talents,improve the non-genetic inheritance funding system and school education level,and ensure the sustainable activation and transmission of intangible cultural heritage;the fourth is to promote the development level of non-legacy industrialization and promote non-legacy tourism deeply integration to help upgrade the intangible cultural heritage industry.
