On The Exploration Of Pastoral Landscape Painting's Creation From Shen Zhou's "Dongzhuang Atlas"

As the founder of Wumen School of Painting,Shen Zhou not only enjoyed a high reputation in the field of painting at that time,but also made some achievements in poetry and prose.At the same time,Shen Zhou's landscape painting works have a high position in the whole history of Chinese landscape painting.The "Dongzhuang Atlas" is a representative work of him,which is entrusted by his teacher Wu Kuan and becomes a masterpiece of landscape painting of "Dongzhuang"--Wu Kuan's hometown."Dongzhu-ang" was a place where literati and poets often gathered to recite poems and drink tea.Shen Zhou had a special feeling for Dongzhuang because he always stayed there.The whole picture is filled with calm and heavy ink,elegant colors and natural changeable layout to express what it sees and hears,and integrates its own emotions into "Dongzhu-ang",making the quiet and remote life vividly.Shen Zhou's "Dongzhuang Atlas" is an innovative artistic achievement on the basis of inheriting the traditional paintings of predecessors,which plays a great role in the development of Chinese pastoral landscape painting.This paper mainly analyses the artistic expression of Shen Zhou's" Dongzhuang Atlas",and discusses the theme,layout and ink of Shen Zhou's works.In the first part,Shen Zhou was influenced by his family background and teacher background,And this analyzes the formation of his style from the early,middle and late stages of his works.The second part,the case analysis to analyze the performance types and artistic features of Shen Zhou's" Dongzhuang Atlas" from the aspects of theme,layout and ink.In the third part,by analyzes the influence of Shen Zhou's "Dongzhuang Atlas" on painters of the same period and later generations,the author combines the creative practice of his own works to illustrate the inspiration gained by studying Shen Zhou's works.
