The Semantic Analysis And The Culture Explanation Of "Ai"

"Ai" is one of the core categories of Chinese traditional culture.This thesis takes"Ai" and words constituted of "Ai" as the research object of study.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the meaning of the word "Ai",and summed up the main meanings of "Ai" and combed the relationship between them.Then,the thesis explores the Confucian,Mohist and Taoist thoughts about "Ai" and analyzes its content,practicable means,modern value.Finally,the thesis collects the words constituted of "Ai" from new HSK vocabulary level outline,and analyzes the error types and cause of error when Thai students learned words constituted of "Ai".According to cause of error,teacher takes corresponding measures.So as to provide a reference for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language in teaching "Ai".
