Research On The Cultivation Of Rural Entrepreneurial Culture In The New Era

The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a major decision to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,and the prosperity of rural culture helps to change the new atmosphere of rural culture and civilization.Rural entrepreneurial culture is an important part of rural culture.Cultivating rural entrepreneurial culture can not only enrich rural culture,but also benefit rural economic construction.For a long time,due to the obstruction of the dual structure of urban and rural areas,the development of rural areas lags behind that of cities and towns in all aspects.In the period of building a well-off society in an all-round way,we should promote the integration of urban and rural development,promote the integration of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries,support and encourage the employment and entrepreneurial of farmers.We need to strengthen the cultivation of rural entrepreneurial culture and base ourselves on rural development.It is the inevitable requirement of the new era to give priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas to promote the overall layout of "five-pronged integration" and cultivate rural entrepreneurial culture.Based on the above problems,the research established in the concept of entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurial culture content,the formation process,such as a comprehensive understanding of the content,and fully illustrate new era demand for rural entrepreneurial culture,the use of practice of Marxism,the concept of " mass entrepreneurship and innovation" support and countryside returning home business policy support on the basis of the analysis of the new era of the significance of cultivating rural entrepreneurial culture and opportunities,and combining the status quo analysis of the current T county rural entrepreneurial culture out of its problem existing atmosphere is not strong,the system is not sound,lack of economic resources and talent from four aspects of reasons,On this basis,the basic idea of cultivating rural entrepreneurial culture in the new era is put forward from four perspectives of goal,principle,content orientation and basic path,and then the cultivation of rural entrepreneurial culture in the new era is started from three aspects of history and reality,theory and practice,system and innovation.
