Ma Mingheng(1491-1557),also called Zishen,is the most important follower of Wang Yangming in Fujian of Ming Dynasty. However, there are relatively few studies on Ma Mingheng at present, and there are no collated versions of his poems and academic works. On the basis of collating Ma Mingheng's works, this paper focuses on textual research on Ma Mingheng's family, life and versions. At the same time, the author systematically combs friendship between Ma Mingheng and the scholars of Fujian and Wang Men,trying to draw a perfect outline of Ma Mingheng's life trajectory and the affection of Yang Ming's psychology.Ma Mingheng's academic work Shangshuyiyi is included in Sikuquanshu, which is regarded as one of the representative works against Caishen's Shujizhuan in Ming Dynasty. When discussing the characteristics of this book, this paper draws a conclusion that Shangshuyiyi is influenced by Yangming's theory of mind, which involves "knowing" and "doing","how to do" and'how to learn".Ma Mingheng adopted the method of "according to the heart" to solve the long-standing and hard-to-argue topic. As one of the representative works of anti-Cai in Ming Dynasty,Ma Mingheng expressed his dissatisfaction with Cai's interpretation of classics, and held a conservative attitude towards the part of suspicion of the classics.Ma Mingheng's explaining of Shangshu is inevitably related to political events, such as the discussion of Yao and Shun's acceptance relationship reflects the Debate on Etiquette, and the interpretation of the Wuxing is related to the penalties he had suffered.
