Entering a new era,under the current environment of in-depth reform of majors in Chinese sports colleges and universities,in order to meet the needs of today’s society for dance performance professionals,various sports colleges have opened Dance performance major.Through the induction and sorting of the training of dance performance professionals in various sports colleges and universities,it is found that although the names of the professional settings of each sports school are the same,the direction of the majors under them is different;and the dance performance major is a major that has only emerged in recent years.,Although it has basic conditions in personnel training,curriculum system,faculty and professional knowledge system,but still lacks certain experience in the construction of the major;there are marginal projects in all directions under the major,and in the talent training The direction of the model and the construction of the curriculum system are different in major sports colleges.At present,the training program for dance performance professionals in Chinese sports colleges is still in the process of continuous improvement and development.In view of the current situation,there is still a lack of more systematic theoretical and practical research.Therefore,this article aims to analyze and find the current sports colleges Problems in the dance performance profession.This research mainly adopts literature data method,expert interview method,Text analysis method,comparative research method and logic analysis method.Through the research and analysis of the talent training programs for dance performance majors in ten sports colleges in China,the comparison found that there are gaps and differences in the talent training programs for dance performance majors in sports colleges in China.In order to provide a reference for the adjustment and optimization of the trainingprogram for dance performance professionals in Chinese sports colleges and universities,in order to flourish the development of dance performance majors in sports colleges in China.The research conclusion is as follows:(1)The names of dance performance majors in sports colleges in China are the same,but the professional directions set under them are different,and the training positioning is also different;the curriculum structure is divided differently,among which there are four colleges and universities.The elective courses of the college curriculum structure are not divided according to the module direction;the proportion of public compulsory courses in the curriculum structure is higher,and the proportion of humanities education courses is less.(2)The hours of public courses in physical education colleges in China are relatively large,and the credits of practice courses and elective courses are relatively low.The practice courses are divided into two modes: credit hours,credit hours,and credit hours;The proportion of disciplines and technical subjects in the School of Physical Education and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education is relatively the same.These four universities pay more attention to the construction of the discipline than the other six universities.(3)There is mutual reference for the construction of dance performance majors in sports colleges in China: Shenyang Institute of Physical Education and Shandong Institute of Physical Education;and the school hours with the most credits are not the most,so the relationship between the two is not proportional;dance performances in colleges and universities The structure of professional teachers is unreasonable;there are two types of internships in dance performance: concentrated internship and segmented internship.Except for Beijing Sports University and Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education,the internship is in the segmented internship,and the other eight colleges are concentrated internships.(4)China’s colleges and universities of dance performance professional talent training program is analyzed from three aspects: government,universities,and society: the government’s sports colleges and universities for dance performance professional talent guarantee mechanism is not perfect;colleges and universities dance performance professional curriculum system has many problems;Social practice sports colleges pay less attention to student internship education.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures are put forward in order to promote the development of talent training programs for dance performance in China.(1)Dance performance majors in sports colleges in China should unify the professional direction and eliminate marginal projects;the construction of the curriculum structure is hierarchical,making the integration of course integrity and direction;the public compulsory in the setting of dance performance majors in sports colleges in China The proportion of courses is higher,and humanities education courses should be added.(2)The proportion of credit hours of public courses and elective courses should be adjusted appropriately in the dance performance majors of sports colleges in China,and the practice hours of extracurricular hours should be divided to form a unified model;to strengthen the construction of subject courses,one should not only focus on technical courses but ignore the development of subjects.Adjust the proportion of disciplines and technical courses,and strengthen the construction of basic disciplines.Other sports colleges should learn from the disciplines and technical courses of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education and divide them by levels.(3)Uniform division and classification standards of dance performance majors in sports colleges in China to avoid mutual reference among sports colleges;the introduction of high-quality professional talents to make up for the gap in teacher strength;the practice of dance performance majors in sports colleges inChina should be Adopt a phased approach to develop students’ practical ability step by step.(4)China’s sports colleges and universities should optimize the cultivation of dance performance professionals in accordance with the government’s proposal to improve the talent training quality guarantee mechanism;optimize the dance performance professional curriculum system in conjunction with the development of each sports school;and improve the student social practice mechanism.
