Suicide has always been a distressing topic.At present,China is one of the countries with a high global suicide rate,and suicide ranks first among the death causes of Chinese college students.The problem of suicide among college students has become the focus of the whole society.We should strengthen early intervention and prevention of suicide.By eliminating suicidal ideation,we can more effectively reduce the incidence of suicidal behaviors of college students and protect their lives.In view of this,from the perspective of social work,this paper uses self-efficacy theory and intervenes in the research method of case intervention work,aiming at improving the self-efficacy of suicidal ideation students,thereby eliminating their suicidal ideation and reducing their suicide risk..This article uses the Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),the College Students Interpersonal Effectiveness Scale and the Suicidal Self-Assessment Scale to measure X students,and combined with the content of their interviews to evaluate and judge,X College students A lower sense of self-efficacy leads to suicidal ideation.Based on the self-change of X students,the author established a relationship with the client X service.In the framework of the actual situation of the case X,a total of 12 case work intervention procedures were designed,and the self-efficacy of the case X in three stages was designed.The sense is improved,and it is expected to eliminate the suicidal ideation of the client X and protect the life of the client X.In the process of case intervention,in the first stage of intervention,enhance the self-efficacy of X students from the aspects of cognition,emotion,promotion of confidence,training of learning motivation and interest;in the second stage of intervention,Enhance the self-efficacy of the client X in interpersonal relationships by mobilizing social support resources,improving interaction,and enhancing others'support for the client X,providing a good social development space for the client X.The whole case process shows that the intervention of this case was effective.When the ease was closed,the author reached a non-suieide agreement with the client X.Finally,the author demonstrates the improvement of self-efficacy through the evaluation of the results of the service plan,and is effective in eliminating the suicidal ideation of college students.
