This paper includes two studies.First,the current situation of college students who have been bullied on the Internet,rough parenting,emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation are evaluated,and then the relationship model between the three is built.Finally,the intervention program is built on the basis of the relationship model to intervene the college students who have been screened out with high degree of network bullying and low emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation,At the same time,it verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the intervention plan to prevent and reduce the online bullying of college students.In study 1,700 college students from a university in Hebei Province were surveyed with the Rough Nurturing Scale,Emotional Regulation Self-efficacy Scale,Interpersonal Adaptation Scale and Network Bullying Scale.The collected data was analyzed by descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis using the statistical software SPSS 25.0.The SPSS macroprogram PROCESS was used to construct the relationship model of cyberbullying,rough parenting,emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation.The results show that rough parenting can significantly predict the network bullying of college students,and the emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation of college students play a chain intermediary role between rough parenting and network bullying.In study 2,based on the relationship model established in study 1,an interpersonal model group psychological intervention scheme based on interpersonal adaptation and cyberbullying was constructed.College students whose scores of cyberbullying were in the top 27% group and whose feelings of emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation were in the bottom 27% group were selected.The final determination of the voluntary participation of 60 students as the study object,in the gender,age and so on after matching randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 30,the experimental group after 8 times to prevent and reduce the interpersonal model of college students bullied group psychological intervention,the control group did not carry out any intervention.After the completion of the intervention,both groups of subjects used the emotional regulation self-efficacy scale,interpersonal adjustment scale and cyberbullying scale for post-test.SPSS 25.0 software was used for data analysis,and repeated measurement analysis of variance was performed on the emotional regulation self-efficacy,interpersonal adaptation level and cyberbullying level of the experimental group and control group.The results showed that the constructed interpersonal model group psychological counseling could effectively improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy and interpersonal adaptation level of college students.And to prevent and reduce the degree of cyberbullying college students.
