Even though photography has been less than 200 years since its birth,images have created a new concept of understanding the world with the invention of the camera a s an artificial eye,which is used to explain the world we do not understand.Artists ha ve also acquired a new way to observe and record the world.The unique visual experi ence provides reference for modern painters to transform traditional realistic painting and promotes the emergence of the genre of modern painting.Works of art in differen t eras and schools are interrelated rather than detached,and we must be rooted in the h istorical process and tradition today for the sake of the innovation.Although photogra phy art and painting art have their own history of independent development,but they have deep and frequent couuunicatios between a lot of ideas and technology.Not only are they developing their independent histories but also connecting with each other in the meanwhile as a part of the visual culture of the image age.Taking André Kertész as an example,this paper starts from the way of frame of photographic works and the composition of painting works,and studies from the comparison between modern pho tography art and painting art.Grasping the aesthetic significance of photography art m ust need a process of rethinking.I hope that through study can not only improve my ae sthetic experience of watching others works,and I can utilize the idea which inspires t o reflect my previous thinking mode as well as open field of vision.Bringing more ins piration for artistic creation with a particular insight for nature and life likewise.
