A Study On E-C Translation Of Anaphylaxis During The Perioperative Period

With the accelerating development of modern science and technical innovation,international scientific and technical exchanges have become popularly,the translation of scientific English has become a major part in daily translation work,acting as the carrier of information communication.Technical texts is characterized by their high degree of rigor,professionalism and accuracy with standard words and complex sentence expression,which requires translators’ accurate express.This report analyses E-C translation of Anaphylaxis During the Perioperative Period,which comes from Anesthesia&Analgesia.This paper mainly discusses the diagnoses,prevention and drug management of perioperative anaphylaxis.Perioperative anaphylaxis is a low incidence during operative anaesthesia,but once explosive,it is a serious,life-threatening and systemic hypersensitivity reaction.By the guidance of Reiss’s text typology,this report discusses how to achieve exact translation according to use proper translation strategies and realize the unification between original text and target text in language style.This report confirms the typology of original text and finds proper translation strategies according to its text feature,realizing exact translation.Besides,in order to guarantee the accurate of translation text,the translator uses many dictionaries and parallel texts through the Internet,and communicates with professionals.According to the analysis of this report,translator has summarized some fresh experience:tirstly,except maintaining a serious attitude and a good understanding of the origllal text,one must give priority to each step in the process of translation;secondly,on the basis of combination of translation process and theory,some translation strategies,text background inforlation and target reader groups,etc.should also be taken into consideration to realize conprehensive understanding about the whole translation text.Eventually,the translator hopes that this report can provide some references in scientific English translation.
