Subject-based reading education is a new mode of Chinese education.Subject-based reading education has changed the traditional "spoon-feed"education by teachers.Based on the Chinese textbooks,it closely adheres to the expanding curriculum of the Chinese textbooks,and adopts the form of "in-class" and "out-of-class".It can stimulate students’ interest in Chinese reading and cultivate students’ consciousness of independence,cooperation and exploration,in order that students will have a certain sense of acquisition in the process of learning.Meanwhile,the education of subject-based reading also poses a certain challenge to teachers’teaching ability.Teachers should form a new understanding of the education of subject-based reading.Since the implementation of subject-based reading education in Antu No.3 Middle School in 2015,subject-based reading education has been carried out by introducing subject-based reading series and "Reading APP"everyday recording,specifically in the form of two classes per week.Before the implementation,the school organized key teachers to study in Beijing and Weifang No.1 Middle School in Shandong Province.Through the method of "bringing and sharing",teachers have basically mastered the education method.Since the development of subject-based reading education,the students’ performance of Chinese course in this school has been the first in the county since 2015 from second or third in the past before 2015.In the course of education subject-based reading,Antu No.3 Middle School combines subject-based reading series with local unique geographic advantages(Korean culture and customs).Compared with "festival customs"in subject-based reading series,students can absorb knowledge to the maximum extent and accumulate writing materials,thus developing a school-based curriculum with characteristics.Of course,while achieving results,there are also some shortcomings.For example,teachers do not have a deep understanding of the education of subject-based reading,and even the curricula shrink.Based on this,aiming at the current situation of subject-based reading education,Antu No.3 Middle School should strengthen the training of teachers’ ability of subject-based reading teaching and improve the evaluation of subject-based reading education.Teachers should improve their professional accomplishment and make reasonable plans.Students should improve their learning enthusiasm and put forward constructive strategies and suggestions for improvement,hoping to provide some feasible strategies for the front-line subject-based reading education.
