In order to explore the positive personality of social adaptation of migrant children,promote social integration of migrant children,the study based on interviewing and factor analysis method,combining with positive psychology,compiled“positive personality scale for children and adolescents”.Study two investigated the relationship between positive personality and social adaptation of migrant children.Study three analysised the mother rearing pattern,the life events and the social relations of positive personality of migrant children.Self compiled“positive personality scale for children and adolescents”included fifty-two subjects,thirty factors:hardiness,leadership,conscientiousness,openness,decisiveness,initiative,independence,communicativeness,self-control,optimism,creativeness,learnability,cooperativeness.Self compiled“positive personality scale for children and adolescents”explained 69.575%of the total variance respectively.Cronbach's?coefficient was 0.944 for the total scale,ranged from 0.775 to 0.877 for the thirty factors.The thirty factors'result of the validate factor analysis:?~2/df,RMSEA,IFI,CFI were 2.146,0.048,0.903,0.902.The study found that openness,initiative,independence,and communicativeness were significantly positive correlation with social adaptation of migrant children.The mother encourages autonomy,interpersonal conflict,and interpersonal satisfaction had a certain predictive power to communicativeness of migrant children.The initiative of migrant children was significantly influenced by negative life events,mother control,mother encourages autonomy,mother care,interpersonal conflict,and social support.
