The Relationship Between Big Five Personality,Positive Psychological Capita And Social Adaptability Of Urban Migrant Children

In order to study the relationship between Big five personality,Positive psychological Capita and social adaptability of urban migrant children,this study explore the migrant children's social adaptability in two research: The first study compiled the questionnaire of the migrant children's social adaptability based on the related study about the social adaptability and migrant children's social adaptability,and interview;The second study use the “questionnaire of the migrant children's social adaptability ”,“the big five personality scale(NEO-FFI)”,“positive psychological capital questionnaire ”as measuring tool to explore the mechanism of the migrant children's personality,positive psychological capital,to social adaptability for 525 children form the fifth grate to the eighth grade in fujian province.The results of this study are as follows:1)The questionnaire of the migrant children's social adaptability has five dimensions,contains learning adaptation,interpersonal and self harmony,collective fusion,emotional state,and life satisfaction in five dimensions,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity,the whole model has a high fitting degree.2)In regard to the migrant children's social adaptability level,part of the migrant children have a good social adaptability,and part of the migrant children have a bad social adaptability.Most of the migrant children's social adaptability in the middle and above level,but there is about a third of the migrant children's social adaptability in lower level.3)The migrant children's social adaptability have significant differences in the grade,migrant time,moving number have significant differences.4)Migrant children's personality,psychological capital has a direct effect on the migrantchildren 's social adaptability;5)The toughness of the migrant children has a complete mediating effect between extroversion and social adaptability;6)Optimism of the migrant children has a partial mediating effect between rigor and social adaptability;7)The toughness of the migrant children has a partial mediating effect between optimism and social adaptability.
