Bianzhu is a kind of book that was compiled by Du Gongzhan for Emperor Sui in the Sui Dynasty.It was placed in the first class in the Si Ku Quan Shu,but it has long been treated as a pseudo-book and has not been fully studied.On the basis of the complete compilation of Bianzhu,the compilation,circulation,citation and value of Bianzhu were studied.Du Gongzhan,the author of Bianzhu,was born in the Northern Dynasty literature family and is the literary apostle of Emperor Sui.After the compilation of Bianzhu,it was recorded in the catalogue of Japan's Country in the Book Catalogue,Chongwen General Head and Yu Chuantang Bibliography,and was later lost.After Gao Shiqi and others in the Qing Dynasty discovered the residual volume,they made up four volumes and continued to make two volumes.At present,Bianzhu mainly consists of three circulation systems: Qingyintang,Hanlinyuan,and Wenzheng.The thought of the partial arrangement of Bianzhu is the embodiment of the thought of the unity of ancient Heaven and man.The citation of Bianzhu has a very important documentary value.The examination of the Bianzhu citations' from the collection of a number of essays only found in Bianzhu,contains valueable information.Throughexamining of Bianzhu the citations' one can notice the notes and suggestions about the whereabouts of this book."Beads" represents the literary style of the Sui Dynasty and has an influence on the compilation of "Beads".The style created by Bianzhu was later inherited by the Mongolian book represented by Meng Qiu,which has had a profound impact.Bianzhu was later spread to Japan,which is a living example of book exchange and the result of East Asian cultural communication.
