This paper takes the content of Chinese dietary culture and the dietary content in the HSK Test Syllabus as the study object,use three methods: literature analysis,statistical analysis,observation and conversation.Studies the ideological connotation and the artistic aesthetics of dietary culture,integrates them into language teaching stages.In addition,the teaching of cultural elements and the teaching of special cultural topics complement each other.For Chinese learners at different stages,designed the teaching practice of dietary culture and the teaching program of regional dietary culture.Besides the preface and conclusion,this paper has four parts.The first chapter analyzed the dietary contents in the HSK Test Syllabus and the HSK Standard Course.In terms of dietary vocabulary,the primary stage is to teach food names,food nouns and basic food action words.In the intermediate stage,the teaching of the original and derived meanings of gustatory words and diet state words is mainly carried out.The advanced stage is the teaching of cooking words and the meaning derivation and collocation of all of dietary words.As far as food culture is concerned,it mentions diet habits,dish making and taste,diet etiquette and diet thought,but it is not comprehensive.Through the analysis of the HSK Test Syllabus,one is that the vocabulary involved cannot fully meet the communicative requirements of daily life,and the other is that the dietary culture is relatively less involved.Therefore,teachers should learn to expand and summarize,enrich students' dietary vocabulary and culture.In the second chapter,based on the literature study of Chinese dietary culture,summarized the contents of the material and spiritual aspects of dietary culture.Diet,as the carrier of culture,not only contains the cultural spirit and characteristics of this nation,but also narrates and conveys the cultural tradition of this nation.Food contains many factors of Chinese culture.Food is not only for satiety,but also contains rich thoughts and artistic aesthetics.The thoughts of Chinese dietary culture include "propriety" and "music";The pursuit of "taste" and "harmony";The importance of "nourishing" and "replenishing".The artistry of Chinese dietary culture includes taste art,visual art,cooking art,instrument art,naming art,etiquette and environmental art.In the third chapter,Integrate diet-related content into all aspects of Chinese characters,vocabulary,grammar and culture teaching,and introduce Chinese dietary culture to learners in stages.Through the revelation of the artistic aesthetics and ideological connotation of Chinese dietary culture,learner can have a comprehensive understanding of Chinese dietary culture and further understand other aspects of Chinese culture.In the fourth chapter,combined with the commonly used teaching method,designed teaching practice for tea,wine and festivals diet custom,designed the Gansu area diet culture teaching for Advanced Chinese learner.
