A Teaching Research Based On "HSK Test Syllabus" Diet Theme

Diet is an important part of human life,and it is also one of the most basic,important,and practical topics in international Chinese language teaching.The 2015 version of the HSK Test Syllabus(Level 5)clearly stipulates what learners should master about "talking about diet" whose topic has high requirements in breadth and depth.For many learners,it is easy to talk about simple diet communication,but deep communication is a bottleneck and difficult to improve.This thesis takes theme-based teaching and task-based teaching as the main theory and method to study the theme of "diet" teaching and explore effective teaching strategies and techniques.First of all,based on the outline,analyze the examination of the "diet" theme of the "HSK Test Syllabus",determine that the HSK Level 5 examination is a comprehensive examination phase of the "Diet" theme,statistically analyze the 2018 version of the "Official Examination Papers of HSK"(level 5),and sample and analyze the "diet" theme examination question types and the number of questions.Secondly,based on this book,we will analyze the vocabulary of "Diet" theme in the supporting textbook "HSK Standard Course 5",and analyze the texts related to the topic of "Diet".Compared with "HSK Test Syllabus",decompose and implement task requirements of "Diet" theme to find key nodes in teaching.Thirdly,with the goal of cultivating the "diet" theme of "HSK Test Syllabus",taking task-based teaching as the theory and method,the overall teaching arrangement and design are made from three aspects: pre-class preparation,classroom teaching,and homework.The key node of "Diet" theme teaching "HSK Standard Course 5" Lesson 19 "Hometown Carrot Cake" is chosen to design specific task-based teaching cases,with a view to providing some references for the theme of "Diet" in international Chinese teaching.
