A Study On Anyang Dialect

This paper takes Anyang dialect as the research object,and systematically investigates and records Anyang dialect from three aspects: phonetics,vocabulary and grammar.The phonetics part,through the field investigation,The speech analysis software is used to summarize Anyang dialect initialsfinals,tones,the phonological coordination relationship,the law of continuous reading tone change and the law of er-Hua tone change.In the two-character group of Anyang dialect,the preceding word’s tone will change,if it is shangsheng.the law of er-Hua tone change is more complicated,it can be divided into three situations:.1.The pronunciation of "-er" is an independent,light syllable;2."-er" and the attached syllables are merged into one syllable.The combined vowels form different rhymes according to the different preceding vowels;3."-er" and the attached syllable are merged into one syllable,and the vowel is a rhyme of "er".Whatever the prefix is,the rhyme after the rhyme is [-ar].In addition,several typical special phonetic phenomena are studied:Sound change of “-shang”,Sound change of appellation,light syllable Caused change,Adjective tone change,Confluence Phenomenon of Words and Phonetics.Through the comparison of the sounds and rhymes of the Anyang dialect and the ancient sounds,the historical evolution characteristics of the Middle Ancient to the present sounds are summarized.The vocabulary part records 3,398 words in Anyang dialect,and summarizes them in terms of astronomy,geography,time,agriculture,plants,animals,houses and other 29 aspects in the form of classified lexicon.Under each entry,the dialect is pronounced with international phonetic symbols,and some words that are difficult to understand or have special meaning are followed by meaning.The grammar part involves 248 examples,and summarizes the special grammatical phenomena in Anyang dialect from three aspects: word formation,word class and sentence pattern..In the part of word formation,the author mainly introduces several kinds of affixes in Anyang dialect,which are "ge-","-zi","-er" and several Nominalization affixes.The part of the word class mainly describes the characteristics of the words of Anyang dialect from the aspects of personal pronouns,demonstrative pronouns,interrogative pronouns,empty word,and degree adverbs.In the part of sentence pattern,the usage methods and conditions of comparative sentence,interrogative sentence and passive sentence in Anyang dialect are introduced in detail.The final phonetic part of the corpus includes grammatical examples,ballads,stories,and discourses.
