Research On Target Specification And Orientation Of Undergraduate Dance Talents Training In Private Colleges And Universities

With the continuous development of China’s economy,the society has a higher standard for the need of dance talents.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,art education,especially dance education,has undergone tremendous development.However,with the great development and prosperity of dance art,there are also various problems.As a dancer in the new era,the pioneer in training dance talents should shoulder the task of training undergraduate dance talents.It can be said that dance talents directly affect the development of national dance art and culture,so training high-level and high-quality talents is an important factor to determine the progress of dance art,and cultivating high-quality dance professionals and dance educators is an important responsibility of the dance profession in private colleges and universities.With the development of private higher education in China,dance major has become a more common specialty in private colleges and universities.Compared with public colleges and universities,only by defining the training objectives and specifications and positioning their own professional development,can they remain invincible in the market competition.Starting from the training orientation and specifications of dance talents in private colleges and universities,this paper chooses the Department of Dance of the Humanities College of Northeast Normal University as the research object by using the methods of practice,literature research,interview and theoretical analysis.Through the questionnaire survey and interview among the students majoring in dance in this university,and combining with the training mode of dance talents in this university,In-depth and comprehensive understanding of the current situation of its curriculum construction,the teaching content,teaching methods,tutor system and other aspects are analyzed,problems are found,and corresponding solutions are put forward.In addition to the introduction,there are three main parts of the paper: the first part is the analysis of the current situation of undergraduate dance major in private universities and the difference of undergraduate dance professional training in private universities,which clarifies the value and role of dance professional education in private universities;the second part is through the training program and Curriculum of dance professional talents in the Department of Dance,Humanities College of Northeast Normal University.Through the analysis,we can find out the problems and shortcomings of the school environment,the quality of students and the goal of personnel training.The third part,based on the analysis and exploration of the problem phenomenon in the second part,sorts out the measures and Countermeasures for the reform of professional curriculum setting,including the overall connotation of the target specifications and talent orientation of undergraduate dance talents training;the curriculum setting and evaluation mechanism are the important contents of the target specifications and talent orientation of talent training;and the concrete measures for realizing the target specifications and talent orientation of talent training.In order to solve the problems in the training of dance professionals in private colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some solutions.
