| The objectives of cultivation is the action guide of vocational education practice and an important index to test the quality of vocational education.As the main stakeholders and subjects of education,students’ demands for becoming talents should accurately reflect the interest demands of students and the needs of students’ self-development.It will be helpful to further improve the quality of talent cultivation in Vocational Colleges and accelerate the pace of talent development of higher vocational students.The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the talent training goal setting system and the adaptation of students’ needs for success in Guangxi minor language majors,analyze the main factors that affect students’ needs for success,and propose strategies to improve the adaptability of talent training goals and students’ needs for success.On the basis of literature review and theoretical research,this study adapted the questionnaire of Guangxi Vocational College Students’ demand for talent,and conducted random sampling in five vocational schools in Guangxi,and finally obtained 474 valid questionnaires.On the basis of the results of the questionnaire,this paper obtains the group characteristics of the minority language majors in Guangxi Higher Vocational Colleges and analyzes the reasons for their formation.It is known that the students have a high demand for becoming talents,and the evaluation of talent training is above the middle level.It is concluded that the demand and evaluation of students’ talent are mainly affected by the differences between urban and rural areas,family economic conditions,gender,grade and learning basis.Based on the above survey results,It is found that there is still room for improvement in the adaptation of students’ demands and the objectives of cultivation.And puts forward the following suggestions to improve the adaptation of the objectives of cultivation and students’ demands: First,Guangxi higher vocational colleges should establish diversified the objectives of cultivation and improve students’ understanding of it,so as to improve the adaptation of students’ goals and talent types;Second,by improving the value of higher vocational college education,creating an atmosphere to support students to improve their academic qualifications,to improve the adaptability between their academic requirements and college level.Thirdly,by building a curriculum system that conforms to the characteristics of the minority language majors in Guangxi Higher Vocational Education and deepening theparticipation of enterprises in the formulation and evaluation of cultivation specifications,the adaptation of students’ professional ability needs and cultivation specifications can be improved. |
