The purpose of this study is to investigate the job burnout and the influence of some personal factors on the college students'financial assistance staff,and then introduce psychological capital and organizational support to explore the mechanism of these two variables on job burnout.We hope to find ways to reduce employee burnout from the aspects of the staff and the work units.Through the review of previous studies,the article straightens up the theories of organizational support,psychological capital and job burnout,and the relationship between them.On this basis,the hypothesis model of this study is established and the research design is made.In order to verify the research hypotheses,collecting 235 samples from Fujian college,and using SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 statistical softxware for reliability analysis,validity analysis,mean comparison,ANOVA,correlation analysis,regression analysis and structural model validation analysis,finally draws the following conclusions:(1)The revised"Perceived organizational support"scale has good reliability and validity,and is suitable for the study of organizational support for university student funded staff.(2)Demographic variables such as gender,age,educational background and marital status will influence the college students'financial assistance staffs job burnout,and interact on individual dimensions.(3)There is a significant negative correlation between psychological capital and organizational support and job burnout,and there is a significant positive correlation between psychological capital and organizational support.Psychological capital and organizational support can predict job burnout,and organizational support can also predict psychological capital.(4)Psychological capital plays a part of mediating role between organizational support and job bumout.It also plays a regulatory role.
