A Rearch On Traditonal Daoist Altar And Local Society

Tongxingjing is a folk Daoist altar based on Lvshan rituals but also does the Shijiao(folk Buddhism)and Zhengyi rituals,which has passed down in Zhuban villiage of Datian county for more than two hundred years.By observing its rituals,using anthropological methods,this thesis tries to explore its complex religious expressions and its relationship with local traditional society.Kaikekaofa is its transmission ritual which also plays an significant role in village's organization and order.Fengchang is its ritual theater which also plays an important role in the cohesion of local lineage(s)and moralization of local people.
