In the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language,the elective course of tang dynasty poetry is a very important part of the teaching.The teaching of tang dynasty poetry not only includes the teaching of language knowledge(involving the content and form of poetry,etc.),but also includes the teaching of cultural knowledge.The teaching content is richer and more interesting than other courses of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.On the one hand,teachers lead students to learn and appreciate ancient poems and poems,improve students' language communication ability by learning the images and reading methods of poems and poems,understand ancient Chinese culture from a new perspective,broaden students' horizon,and increase their Chinese cultural accumulation.On the other hand,as the main body of teaching,teachers should study the teaching content and teaching methods of the elective course of tang dynasty poetry,choose the tang dynasty poetry that is most suitable for middle and senior foreign students to learn,choose the cultural knowledge that is more suitable for students to understand and accept,and timely reflect,supplement and improve the teaching.This paper intends to design the teaching design of the optional course of tang dynasty poetry as a foreign language to enrich the teaching content of Chinese as a foreign language.This paper first discusses the background and significance of the topic,discusses the research object and method,and analyzes the research status at home and abroad.In the elective course of tang dynasty poetry,we should pay attention to the selection of teaching objects,the determination of teaching objectives,the selection of teaching themes and contents,the formulation of teaching principles and the use of teaching methods.The teaching object should select the overseas students with advanced Chinese level,with the goal of improving their oral and written expression ability,cultivating students' preliminary understanding and appreciation of ancient literature works,and strengthening students' in-depth understanding of traditional culture.And select some famous works,can reflect the essence of Chinese culture,moderate difficulty,clear classification,positive theme,guiding role of teaching content.Teaching should follow the principles of practicality,interest and cross-cultural.Meanwhile,I choose to apply multimedia teaching method,situational teaching method and recitation method to the teaching process.When designing teaching cases,I chose two tang poems with different themes,respectively,the representative of landscape poems,"mountain in autumn dusk" and the representative of patriotic poems,"spring look".Finally,I will reflect on the overall teaching design,including the reflection on the teaching content,students' acceptance,teaching methods and teaching language.
