Study On The Cultural Vicissitude Of Fishermen In Chaohu From The Perspective Of Folklore Communication

As an unique water resource and beautiful card of Hefei,Anhui Province,Chaohu Lake plays an important role in urban development and local cultural communication.In the past,many studies on Chaohu culture focused on the historical inheritance of regional culture and the development of cultural tourism resources.It made a lot of summary on the geographical location,regional concepts,development process,cultural characteristics and historical research of Chaohu culture.As the important content of Chaohu culture in the humanities,fishermen's culture has not been studied systematically.In addition,many domestic research involving fishermen's culture are also lack of examples about the Chaohu fishermen's culture.From the perspective of folklore communication,this paper sorts out the material,language,spirit and behavior through literature reading,questionnaire survey,in-depth interview and participatory observation.The author proposes countermeasures for the inheritance and protection of Chaohu fishermen's culture.Folklore communication is an interdisciplinary subject based on the intersection of folk culture and communication.It takes the dissemination of folklore events that have been passed down from generation to generation as the research object.The paper studies the cultural vicissitude of fishermen in Chaohu area by the perspective of folk communication,because the folklore phenomenon in Chaohu fishermen's culture itself is a constantly changing process.The study of fishermen's culture should further explore how it is passed down and Vicissituded.Due to the large number of fishermen in Chaohu,the scattered living and the certain mobility,it is difficult to study the whole group in a short time.Therefore,the author uses case study methods to see big things through small ones and takes Xiazhu Village of Chaohu City as an example.The paper taking local fishing boats,fishing gear,seasons,customs,language and spirit as the research object,on the one hand,the reseach try to study from the perspective of lateral communication.On the other hand,research is carried out from the perspective of the vertical inheritance process.In the field research,the author found that the local fishermen in Chaohu are mainly consist of three types,one is the native fishermen,the second is the alien fishermen,and the third is farmer becoming fishermen,and the majority of the fishermen of XiaZhu village belongs the third type in this paper.In the study of the vicissitude of fishing boats in Xiazhu Village,the locals experienced a transition from wooden sailboats,engine sailboats to cement boats.With the vicissitude of fishing boats,the fishermen have a wider range of lakes and a longer fishing time.At the same time,the difficulty of fishing is also greater.In the past,the operational skills of those sails have almost disappeared.In the study of the vicissitude of fishing gear and fishing methods,author found that it has experienced the communication of lateral and vertical communication.On the one hand,the advanced fishing tools or techniques introduced from the outside.on the other hand,those also inherited the past fishing methods;in the study of fishing seasons,it is found that external tangible power will greatly affect the fishermen's fishing activities.It also shaped a fisherman's behavioral culture.In the study of the fisherman's customs,it was found that with the progress of the times,some fishermen's customs in Chaohu Lake gradually disappeared.Behind this,it is the decline of the sense of ritual and the weakening of the consciousness of inheritance.Studying the cultural vicissitude of the fishermen in Chaohu Lake,on the one hand,it looks at the history of the vicissitude of fishermen's culture from the perspective of folklore communication.On the other hand,author also hopes to explore how to protect and inherit the culture of Chaohu fishermen in the contemporary era.The inheritance of fishermen's culture faces the problem consist of instability of the fishermen's group,the forgetting fishery customs,vicissitude of fishing boat and fishing gears.It can be rationalized and protected by means of government support,industrial promotion and cultural rescue.
