The Demand Investigation And Training Suggestion For Chinese-Mongolian Translators In Mongolian Enterprises Under The Initiative Of "Belt And Road"

With the rise of China-Mongolia diplomacy to a comprehensive strategic partnership,the exchanges and cooperation between the two countries in various fields of economy and culture have been deepening,and the demand for translators between Mongolian and Chinese has increased.With the increase of China's investment in the development of Mongolia,the demand for translators in Mongolian and Chinese enterprises is also increasing.China is Mongolia's biggest trading partner and export destination country,especially after China put forward the initiative of "Belt and Road",the economic and cultural development of the two countries has shown more broad prospects.This not only promotes the increasing number of Chinese learners,but also promotes the training of Chinese and Mongolian translators in Mongolian institutions of higher learning.More and more Mongolian students are actively seeking scholarships from the Chinese Government and the Confucius Institute to study in China.Mongolian students studying in China have also become an important part of the pool of translation professionals in Chinese and Mongolian.This paper focuses on China's "Belt and Road" initiative and sorts out the translation between Chinese and Mongolian on the basis of the Sino-Mongolian translation situation,this paper points out the new demand for translators in the new era,makes active exploration for the training and reserve of translators in Mongolia,and better serves the initiative of "Belt and Road" and the strategy of "Development Road".This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire,focusing on the background of"Belt and Road" Initiative,the demand of Mongolian enterprises for translators in Chinese and Mongolian,the scale and quality of translators in Mongolia at present,the government's policies on training translators and the practice of training translators in institutions of higher learning,based on the analysis of the problems existing in the training and reservation of Mongolian translation talents in Chinese and Mongolian,the paper puts forward some opinions on the construction of Mongolian Chinese translation subject and its training and reserve.This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter is introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research literature review,research content,research purpose,research emphasis,difficulties and research methods.The second chapter is a summary of the translation of the Mongolian translation in Chinese and Mongolian.It introduces the representative personages and their works,explains the types and characteristics of the Mongolian translators in Chinese and Mongolian,and understands the current situation of the cultivation of the Mongolian translators in Chinese and Mongolian.The third chapter is about the demand of the Mongolian translators in Mongolian enterprises.After combing and analyzing the data,we pay special attention to the "Belt and Road" initiative,the demand of the Mongolian translators in Chinese and Mongolian changes.Chapter IV is based on the questionnaire survey and theoretical analysis of the Mongolian translation training and reserve proposals.The fifth chapter is the epilogue,which summarizes the thesis,puts forward the relevant achievements of the research and exploration of the thesis,as well as the areas that need further improvement and promotion.
