Core stability training is a popular method of competitive physical fitness and rehabilitation training in recent years. It is a physical training method that uses suspension ropes to suspend other parts of the limbs or torso, keep the body in an unsteady state, and then perform hands-on training or instrumental exercise training to stimulate the nuclear myocardium more effectively. As a new type of physical training method,it has not been widely used in various special projects. This study applies SET suspension training to the core stability training of sports dance majors, aiming to improve the core stability ability of college students. In order to improve the performance of sports.By selecting 16 students(8 males and 8 females)without sports injuries in the 2015 Sports Dance Major of Jilin Sports Institute, the FMS functional action screening will be conducted. The mean and standard deviation of the test results according to the FMS action screening will be affected. The test subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group, and an independent sample T test was performed to ensure that there was no significant difference in the screening test results between the two groups(P>0.05).Research result:After 8 weeks of core stability training, the body weight of the two groups changed, but after the experiment, the data of the experimental group and the control group were analyzed by independent sample T test. The two groups of subjects were age, height, weight and There was no significant difference in body mass index(BMI)(P>0.05),and the following conclusions were reached: the same training intensity and shorter training period, the body indexes of the two groups did not exist after the experiment.Significant differences. After 8 weeks of core stability training, the overall effect of SET suspension training is higher than that of traditional core stability training. The difference between the indicators and the mean value of the experimental group before and after the experiment showed great differences. After 8 weeks of core stability training, the core ability of the experimental group and the control group showed an upward trend, but the growth of the control group was slow.It can be seen that the SET suspension training can stimulate the deep muscles in multiple dimensions and has strong muscles in the core muscle group. The stimulating effect, while the traditional core stability training mainly uses a single training method of the waist and abdomen muscles, which is deeper to the core large muscle groups, but the stimulation effect on the deep small muscle groups is not obvious. After 8 weeks of core stability training,it can be found that the difference in physiological structure between boys and girls does not affect the effect of SET suspension training. The boys and girls in the experimental group are in the frontal plane, the horizontal plane and the sagittal plane, and the number of dances in one minute. The increase was greater than that of the male and female subjects in the control group. In conclusion:After 8 weeks of training, the core stability of the experimental group and the control group were improved, but the control group increased slowly, which led to the conclusion that SET suspension training can make more muscle groups in motion.Recruited, and participate in the movement,multi-dimensional stimulation of deep muscles, improve the ability to control the muscles;and the traditional core stability training method is relatively simple, deep stimulation of the core large muscle group, but deep deep muscles Group stimulation is not obvious;SET suspension training is better than traditional stability training, and the core stability is improved faster.
