Since Chinese accession to the Berne Convention and the Universal Copyright Convention,Chinese copyright trade has gradually become in line with the world,and the function of copyright trade has been continuously reflected in the increasingly frequent copyright trade activities.Copyright trade is not only an indispensable force for Chinese economic development,but also an important force for promoting the development of cultural industries and promoting cultural communication.As a cultural power,strengthening copyright trade and promoting the integration of Chinese cultural products into the global copyright market are of great significance for expanding foreign cultural output,expanding cultural development space,and enhancing national soft power.Since the birth of the Chinese independent documentary,it has attracted much attention.The increasingly open cultural space and artistic atmosphere have promoted the development of Chinese independent documentary.However,in the development of its copyright trade,Chinese independent documentary still encounters some problems that restrict its development and needs to be resolved.This article takes Chinese independent documentary as the main research object,and the main content is the analysis and countermeasure research on the copyright trade of Chinese independent documentary,trying to give the bottleneck encountered in the development of Chinese independent documentary.The paper is divided into six parts: The first part is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research background,research status,research significance,research structure and research methods.The second part elaborates on the birth and development of Chinese independent documentary and lays the foundation for the following.The third part gives a brief overview of Chinese independent documentary copyright trade,and analyzes the development status of Chinese independent documentary copyright trade from the status quo of policy and the status of copyright export.The fourth part clarifies the importance of the development of copyright trade in Chinese independent documentary,and briefly analyzes the advantages of the current development of Chinese independent documentary.The fifth part analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the three aspects of copyright trade development environment,transaction and talents,and combines the cross-cultural related theories to put forward two problems of Chinese independent documentary in copyright trade.In the sixth part,based on the above analysis,the author gives his own views and suggestions on the problems and bottlenecks encountered by Chinese independent documentaries in the development of copyright trade.
