As one of the courses for dance majors in colleges and universities,it can enable students to release themselves,deepen their self-knowledge of dance and enrich their emotional expression.By means of,students can improve their thinking flexibility and movement organization ability and finally promote the comprehensive quality of dance learners.It can clearly be seen that the existence of impromptu dance course in the teaching of dance major in colleges and universities is reasonable and necessary,and it embodies its due teaching value in practice.Therefore,the curriculum planning and design of impromptu dance courses in colleges and universities are of vital importance.How to optimize the teaching content of impromptu dance courses for dance majors in colleges and universities in China and promote the all-round development of dance education in colleges and universities in China are the key to this study.In the process of research,this paper takes the impromptu dance course teaching in colleges and universities as the research object,combines the relevant theories of course setting with teaching practice,analyzes the teaching value and existing problems of the impromptu dance course,and on this basis,summarizes and discusses the relevant problems thoroughly and comprehensively,and provides a reasonable and effective practical teaching scheme for the setting and teaching implementation of the impromptu dance course in colleges and universities,which promotes the development of dance education and is applicable to dance teaching in colleges and universities.The specific content of this paper consists of the following parts: The introduction part includes the topic selection and significance of the paper;Relevant documents on the subject at home and abroad are sorted out and previous research results are reviewed.The research ideas,framework and methods of this paper.The first chapter summarizes the improvised dance and elaborates the theoretical basis and characteristics of the college curriculum.The second part discusses the value and significance of the impromptu dance course in teaching practice in colleges and universities,and the current teaching situation and problems of the impromptu dancecourse in colleges and universities.The third part studies the teaching objectives,teaching contents,teaching strategies and future development direction of dance courses in colleges and universities.The conclusion part summarizes the full text,hoping that through the research of this article,we can correctly recognize the value of improvisational dance courses in dance teaching,optimize the teaching methods of improvised dance courses in colleges and universities today,aiming to enhance the status of teaching in college dance education.
