Research On The Application Effect Of PBL Teaching Mode In The Optional Course Of Sports Dance In Colleges And Universities

Research objective:In this study,PBL teaching mode is applied to the teaching of physical dance options,and the feasibility and effectiveness of PBL teaching mode in the teaching practice of physical dance options is explored.Through the comparison of experimental results,the advantages and disadvantages of PBL teaching mode in the practice of physical dance options in colleges and universities are analyzed,and new theoretical basis and practical experience are provided for the teaching reform of physical dance options.Research methods:This study uses literature,questionnaire,experimental and mathematical statistics,and takes Yangzhou University’s sports dance option class as the experimental object,selects physical fitness,sports learning interest,analytical problem-solving ability,cooperative communication ability,skill achievement,teaching satisfaction as the research content,and carries on 16 weeks of teaching experiments.Research results:(1)The results show that it is feasible to apply PBL teaching mode to the elective course of sports dance in colleges and universities.PBL teaching mode can optimize sports dance class,better accomplish teaching objectives,change students’ previous learning styles,and improve students’ learning ability,sports learning interest and movement skills.(2)The application of PBL teaching mode in the optional course of sports dance in colleges and universities can improve students’ interest in sports learning and arouse their learning enthusiasm.(3)PBL teaching mode is applied in the optional sports dance class in colleges and universities.By changing the classroom teaching mode and centering on problems,group cooperative learning can play a positive role in improving students’ability to analyze,solve problems and cooperate and communicate(4)The application of PBL teaching mode in the optional course of sports dance in colleges and universities can improve the teaching efficiency,facilitate the mastery of technical movements,and play a positive role in the learning of students’ movement standard,artistic expression,combination completion and combination arrangement ability.(5)PBL teaching mode is applied in the optional sports dance classes in colleges and universities.The rich teaching means and learning methods meet the different needs of students,and students have a high degree of classroom satisfaction with THE PBL teaching mode.
