During interpreting practices, the quality of output varies greatly even within the same text of discourse.Under observation, the reasons are the dislocation of energy and the lack of total energy. The author breaks down the mechanism of interpretation by dividing the process into six categories: “Source Language Input”,“Information Recording”,“Analysis and Comprehension”,“Deverbalization”,“Target Language Output”,and “Energy Surplus”.The thesis sets up “the Model of Energy Distribution”,explores the reasons for energy dislocation in the following aspects: “Intensive Information”,“Terminology” and “Professional Title” and then proposes three coping strategies, namely “Convert text into meaning”,“Convert word into image”,and “Convert note into sign”.If interpreters are able to master “the Model of Energy Distribution”,they will feel less stress before interpretating practices, and improve their interpreting output accordingly.
