The patterns of human organ donation are summed up mainly in the form of unpaid donations and paid donations. At present, the unpaid donation model is difficult to mobilize people's enthusiasm for organ donation after death, and it is unable to alleviate the huge gap in donor organs. In the face of the shortage of donor organs, some people have proposed a paid market purchase model. However, the study found that if according to market supply and demand laws to regulate human organ donation, not only is it easy to be controlled by the market, but it also triggers a series of moral hazards. This article puts forward the motivation mechanism of altruism and the pattern of paid contributions in favor of increasing the number of available organs to save more people's lives. On the basis of the combination of the motives of altruism and the mode of paid contributions,it proposes an incentive mechanism for organ donation that combines the motives of good with good results. The incentive mechanism for human organs is to involve third-party non-profit organizations between the donors and recipients, compensate the donors or their families, and make up for the losses caused by donations. It can also give incentives to the donors or their relatives for their mental, psychological, and political policies. At present,China has not yet established a nationally-integrated and operational incentive mechanism.Under the quagmire of ethical and legal concerns, regional incentive mechanisms have not exerted the desired results.Human organ transplantation technology has saved countless lives as a highly sophisticated life science technology. However, due to the shortage of organ supply, this technology cannot yet be fully applied and developed in China. Therefore, there is an urgent need to explore both the theoretical and practical aspects of increasing the effective pathways of donor organs. There are seven parts in the body of this article. The first part of the preface introduces the research background, research purpose, research significance, and research methods of human organ donation incentive mechanism. The second part summarizes the incentive mechanism of human organ donation, and defines the concept of human organ donation incentive mechanism. The object of the analysis of the incentive mechanism is the dead donor and living non-kinetic donor, not the living relative donor. The evolution and differences between human organ donation incentive mechanism, unpaid donation mode and paid donation mode were compared. The third part introduces the development status of human organ donation incentive mechanism at home and abroad. The fourth part proposes the ethical perplexity of the incentive mechanism for human organ donation, including the possible impact on the fair distribution of human organs, detrimental to the dignity of the human being, and organ trading. The fifth part analyzes the necessity and feasibility of constructing incentive mechanism for human organ donation in China.Necessity includes making up for the gap between supply and demand, curbing the illegal circulation of human organs and safeguarding the interests of the donors.Feasibility includes that the incentive mechanism for donation is easier to implement than voluntary donation without compensation, and is more in line with China's national conditions. It can draw on domestic and foreign development experience. The sixth part proposes the ethical principles of the incentive mechanism for human organ donation in China, such as the principle of fairness and justice, the principle of spiritual encouragement, the principle of prohibiting the sale of human organs, and the principle of unification between justice and benefit. The seventh part is to try to build an incentive mechanism for human organ donation in China.Content development includes spiritual incentives, psychological incentives, policy incentives, and humanitarian assistance. The construction of supporting measures includes popularizing human organ donation knowledge, raising the trust of citizens in human organ donation systems, building a financing platform, and improving relevant laws and regulations.
