Research On Operation Optimization Of Jinan GJSJ Cultural Industry Park

Industry park rises to support of local government departments and the establishment of new high-tech enterprises.It is a business incubation platform between the local government,the market and the company.It supports the construction and development of emerging small enterprises by introducing various new company management concepts and resource networks.In China,the development history of industry park is relatively short and the construction of industry parks is similar to the high-tech development zones in cities to some extent.With the support of the local government,this economic model is booming achieving to the level that every first-tier city has at least one cultural park basically.In a sense,the industry park is the concentrated area of urban innovation and creative industries,which fully demonstrates the industrial strength and cultural soft power of a city.In a certain sense,the cultural park is also a place where urban innovation and cultural creative industries are concentrated.It demonstrates the industrial capacity and cultural soft power of a city.The development of cultural industry parks in China was still in the initial stage.Therefore,few classifications of the theory and an influential theoretical system has not been formed.Some cities blindly constructed of cultural and creative industry parks resulting in waste of resources,serious homogenization of parks and low competitiveness.Therefore,how to position and manage the cultural industry park and be invincible in the multi-cultural competition has been a problem that the park operator must be thought deeply.Jinan GJSJ Cultural Industry Park is a key cultural industrial park in Shandong Province and a key cultural industry park in Jinan.After five years of construction and operation exploration,it has become a more professional industrial design park in China.It is the only one cultural industry design park in Jinan,the most mature park in Shandong Province and the most influential park in the north of China.However,during the operation process in recent years,the park has gradually presented problems such as extensive management,single industrial structure and low degree of intelligence.Firstly,by studying the relevant literature,this thesis lists the definitions of cultural industry parks between domestic and abroad,and summarizes the classification of cultural industry parks and the operation mode of the parks.Secondly,this thesis quantitatively analyzes the overall evaluation of the enterprises settled in Jinan GJSJ Cultural Industry Park on the operation of the park through the questionnaires.The opinions and problems put forward by enterprises on the park operation are obtained and the existing problems of the park are analyzed by using PDCA cycle theory to put forward improvement suggestion.Based on the industry cluster theory and the industry ecological chain theory,this thesis puts forward ideas and planning plans for the upgrading and transformation of the industry chain of Jinan GJSJ cultural industry park systematically.It plans to carry out industry base construction,introduce provincial key laboratories,develop cultural and creative products and promote the digital transformation of the park.At the same time,we will link the main advantageous resources of various industry parks in the region to create a scientific and technological innovation industrial chain.Giving full play to the internal resource advantages of the park to form an internal industry ecological system.Finally,this thesis puts forward rationalization suggestions on the security measures of the park from aspects of the park management mode and operation security measures.By summarizing the relevant experience in the operation of Jinan GJSJ Cultural Industry Park,this thesis looks forward to the development of Jinan relevant cultural industry park in the next 5-10 years.
