Since the launch of the new HSK in 2009,its influence has been continuously improved,and it has been recognized by Chinese learners and Chinese language education practitioners at home and abroad.The number of reference persons has risen steadily each year,and has gradually become the most influential Chinese language proficiency test in the world.In order to pass the new HSK and achieve better results,more and more candidates want to receive professional new HSK counseling,resulting in a strong learning needs and motivation.However,there is less research on primary new HSK tutoring and there is a lack of professional scientific teaching design.Therefore,this article has carried out research.The article studied the Outline of the New Chinese Proficiency Test,and the examination questions of the previous year.It explored the knowledge and abilities required to pass the new HSK(Level 1)and the new HSK(Level 2),and analyzed the characteristics of students at the Confucius Institute at the University of Cape Verde.Based on the establishment of teaching design goals.Use “situation method” and “contrast method” to organize teaching content,and use vocabulary pictures in tandem syntax and language functions.At the same time,the real questions and simulation questions are put through the entire process of instructional design,emphasizing the combination of teaching,testing,and training.,And from the examinee's performance analysis,student satisfaction survey,teachers self-reflection from three perspectives to verify that the teaching design is feasible,with good teaching results.Finally,the teaching design proposal is proposed.The teaching design of the new HSK primary tutoring course should closely follow the examination outline,pay attention to the characteristics of the students and the actual situation,strengthen hearing training and arrange simulation tests.
