The Creation Of Children’s Scientific Cartoon And The Analysis Of Its Educational Idea

With the development of science,technology and economy,society has higher and higher demands on citizens’ scientific literacy.How to improve the scientific quality of citizens becomes a hot issue in the present education field.Children have very strong plasticity,which stage is the best time to carry out science education.Good children’s science education can’t do without rich and diverse outstanding popular science works.The vivid images of scientific comics and their interesting forms of expression are also very suitable for the readers in their childhood.Therefore,the creation of excellent scientific comics can greatly promote the richness of popular science works and help science education in childhood.In this context,I make the scientific cartoon as a carrier to carry out science education.Based on this idea,the author presided over and completed the "China Association of Science and Technology Postgraduate ability improvement Project",created the children’s science cartoon "message in a bottle of Columbus-illustrating the world ocean current".Comics are set in famous historical stories and based on common phenomena in life,Turn strange things into familiar ones,make dull knowledge interesting.This paper is a detailed description of the comic book project.First of all,in the introduction part of the article a brief introduction to the research background,research significance,and the core concepts are defined.Secondly,it demonstrates the rationality of applying scientific cartoon to children’s education,and expounds the basic theory of science cartoon education and the embodiment of scientific cartoon education idea.Thirdly,the creative process of the cartoon is introduced in detail.Fourth,after the completion of the comic book project to do the corresponding evaluation and analysis.The final chapter is the summarized and considered.
