The Dual Dimensions Of The Ethical Construction Of State Owned Enterprises In Contemporary China

Since China’s reform and opening up,the further development of the socialist market economy,the material civilization construction in China has risen to a new stage,the people of the whole country are striving to build a well-off society in an all-round way,and for building a harmonious socialist country.However,as one of the main bodies of the market economy system,State Owned Enterprises have had various problems in the construction of ethics,which have seriously affected the survival and healthy development of State Owned Enterprises.Therefore,it is the necessary condition and development premise for the development and innovation of the state-owned enterprise operation mode to rebuild the enterprise ethics system in China.At present,our country in a new environment of economic development,the political,economic and cultural integration of the interests of the main body of a single social transition to the existence of multiple stakeholders,their social and cultural and ethical values are bound to have also changed,the corresponding ethical consciousness in Chinese State Owned Enterprises under the influence of various factors are also should be changed.Investigate its academic,since the rise of the study of the ethical questions about enterprises in our country so far,the basic theory of our country is not yet mature,the academic findings of the enterprise ethics is relatively lack.Therefore,the research on the ethical construction of State Owned Enterprises in contemporary China is of great academic significance.This article from the reflection on the existing problems in the construction of contemporary Chinese State Owned Enterprises,through the case analysis method,analyses the phenomenon and problems of State Owned Enterprises in contemporary China,points out that contemporary Chinese State Owned Enterprises in the "public interest" and "selfish",alienation of put forward is the root cause of these problems occur due to the imperfection of the ethics of State Owned Enterprises.To the problems of the contemporary Chinese State Owned Enterprises(SOEs)response to reality and theory,pointed out that at present the ethical and moral construction of State Owned Enterprises is actually the one building,and there is no actual utility.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the phenomena and problems of State Owned Enterprises based on the relationship between ethics and morality and unity.Combining the dual dimensions of state-owned enterprise ethics,namely the characteristics of political dimension and economic dimension,this paper puts forward that the practice of ethical construction of State Owned Enterprises should also start from the dual dimension.In other words,the practice of ethical construction of State Owned Enterprises should start fromthe dimension of external ethical rules and internal enterprises themselves.At the same time,the state-owned enterprise as the main body,its moral code should be corresponding to the external ethic criterion;As a society,State Owned Enterprises should form external constraints on employees of State Owned Enterprises through the ethical standards of State Owned Enterprises.In addition,it must emphasize the practice of state-owned enterprise ethics construction from the external dimensions and internal enterprise ethics rules unified dimension with itself,namely the unity of the social external code of ethics and morality of State Owned Enterprises,and state-owned enterprise ethics with the unity of the state employee moral.
