In recent years,the development of preschool education has been promoted as a national strategy,and relevant national departments have implemented many reform measures,such as major projects for preschool education.Therefore,preschool education not only has many new development opportunities but also faces many challenges.Because the professional and healthy teacher team is the guarantee for childcare and education work,it is impossible to relax the teacher team building work while protecting the kindergarten hardware facilities.According to the current research on emotion regulation at home and abroad,regulatory emotional self-efficacy is both a new area of this research and a hot topic,and its content needs to be enriched.The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of the mental health of preschool teachers and the role of psychological adjustment ability.After consulting a large number of research literatures on leadership style at home and abroad,the study decided to choose two of the most classic leadership styles—a transformational leadership style and a transactional leadership style.Through a field survey of 400 preschool teachers in Gansu and Henan provinces,the relationship between transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style,emotional exhaustion,and regulatory emotional self-efficacy was measured.It is hoped that management recommendations will be based on data results.And guide the construction of kindergartens.It turns out:(1)There is a negative correlation between transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style and emotional exhaustion of preschool teachers,and the transformational leadership style is more negatively related to the emotional exhaustion of preschool teachers.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy plays a moderating effect between the two leadership styles and preschool teacher's emotional exhaustion.(2)There is a negative correlation between transformational leadership style,transactional leadership style and subordinate's emotional exhaustion.However,there is no moderating effect of leadership's regulatory emotional self-efficacy between the two leadership styles and subordinate's emotional exhaustion,so hypotheses and models have not been validated.The results of this study show that: Compared with the transactional leadership style,the transformational leadership style has a more significant impact on emotional exhaustion.Therefore,we advocate that leaders should pay more attention to the spiritual needs of subordinates and give them more humanistic care.In this study,the study subjects selected preschool teachers,specifically discussed the influencing factors of emotional exhaustion,enriched relevant research on preschool teachers and the research data in this field.
