The Study Of Color Words In Cao Wenxuan’s Novels

Color is ubiquitous in nature and closely related to people’s life.Color words are color symbols expressed by language and can be found everywhere in our lives.This paper makes statistics,analysis and research on the colors of Cao Wenxuan’s novels according to "Red,Black,White,Yellow,Blue,Green,Purple and Grey".On the basis of previous studies and from the perspective of linguistics and psychology,this paper makes a systematic study and analysis of the color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels by means of statistics.On the one hand,the analysis of this paper can broaden the research field of Cao Wenxuan’s novels,on the other hand,it can promote the development of color words.The full text is divided into six parts: the first chapter is the introduction;the second part is the definition and statistical description of the color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels;the third part systematically describes the use of the color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels by statistical method.And draw a corresponding series of data charts.Part four from the semantics of the From the angle of view,this paper analyzes the lexical meaning and grammatical meaning of the color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels;the fifth part analyzes the functions of the color words of Cao Wenxuan’s novels in rhetoric and creation from the perspective of pragmatics;the sixth part,from the angle of psychology,analyzes the functions of color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels in terms of rhetoric and creation.Combined with the relevance and reality of language psychological construction and the node and activation of schema experience,this paper probes into the psychological mechanism of the formation of color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels.The study of color words in Cao Wenxuan’s novels,on the one hand,can deeply understand the use of color words in his works,on the other hand,it can also broaden the scope of his works.Therefore,the study of color words is of great significance.
